Finding your relationship with Nature

I first published the book, The Art of Connecting With Nature, in June of 2016. It is a compilation of how 22 co-authors relate and plug into nature. It is divided into four sections: physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual. Following each section are rites, rituals, ceremonies, and practices that you can try out for yourself to aid you on your journey. See below for the description of the course and a video of me talking about what to expect so you can get a better idea of who I am and what to expect.

All fire tugs at our tribal hearts, but there is something about a sacred fire, imbued with deep intention and ceremony that brings forth a deeper, richer, more holy energy...as is true when we walk the earth as sacred beings filled with purpose.

What does it mean to truly connect in, and with, nature? We know of the many physical, mental, and emotional benefits that have been identified through research over the past decade or so, but what about the spiritual relationship that happens when we become a part of nature rather than apart from it.

Course Outline

During this program you will explore aspects that many indigenous people live with daily…a connection to spirit. Regardless of what your spiritual or religious background might be, this doesn’t impose on your belief. It will connect you with nature and the physical elements of earth, air, water, and fire and how they show up in your life. Scientifically, it will take us back to our cellular memory and physical biology that needs immersion and connection in nature to thrive. We will work with my book, The Art of Connecting With Nature and develop relationship with the elements, seasons, and cycles of our life through rites, rituals and ceremonies. We will look at how to integrate these dimensions into your current reality, expanding what you’ve known was possible and live a fuller life filled with awe, wonder, and gratitude.
